I hope everyone has been enjoying the Holiday Season! I know that I said the previous Newsletter was going to be the last for this year, but I was apparently wrong! I forgot that I needed to announce our upcoming General Meeting! It is scheduled for Thursday, January 11 in the Morris/Nelson Room in the Independence Center. Our very own Richard Guaraldi is in charge of our food for the evening. Doors will open at 4:30 for socializing, food will be served at 5:00 and our meeting will begin around 5:45. Please come to eat, socialize and hear what's in store for 2024! The Agenda and Minutes from the last General Meeting will be sent separately.
While I have your attention, there are a couple of things I have been asked to include in this Newsletter.
Our Webmaster, Gary Duffel, has asked that I inform everyone that the Video of "Return to Association-ville' is on our website, www.scapac.org.
Marc Dubin, our Treasurer, has two reminders! The first is, PLEASE REMEMBER TO RENEW YOUR MEMBERSHIP FOR 2024! You will not be able to participate in any PAC activity unless you are a paid-up member! To do so, please complete a MEMBERSHIP form that you can find on the Website. Include the form and a $10 check made out to "Sun City Anthem Community Association, Inc." Place the envelope, addressed to the Treasurer in the PAC mailbox in Independence Center. Or, you can bring your payment and Membership form to the meeting on January 11.
Marc would also like to remind everyone that ALL reimbursement requests must be accompanied by a REQUEST FOR REIMBURSEMENT form!
Both of these forms can be found on the Website, pac.scaclub.org. Click on DOCUMENTS, click on ALL DOCUMENTS dropdown, click on FORMS, then click on either MEMBERSHIP form or REIMBURSEMENT form.
