Hi! I know you have all been anxiously awaiting Part B of the newsletter announcing our upcoming PAC General meeting on April 18. It will be in the Morris/Nelson Room in the Independence Center. The approximate schedule of the meeting will be as follows:
4:30- 5:00 Arrival
5:00-5:45 Dinner and entertainment
5:45 Meeting called to order
7:00ish (After Adjournment) Readers' Playhouse Meeting
Why should you come to this meeting, you ask? Just some reasons are as follows:
- Dinner catered by Richard. I know he is planning delicious food.
- Entertainment (Will be confirmed before the meeting)
- Vote on the 2024 budget
- SIG updates
- Information Session for Charlie Sees the Light, the next PAC show. (There will not be a separate Information Session for this show.)
- An opportunity to stay for awhile after the meeting to get a glimpse of what goes on at a Readers' Playhouse gathering.
A formal Agenda for the April 18 meeting, and the Minutes from the January General Meeting, will be forwarded closer to April 18. Please mark your calendars!! I hope to see many of you there!
