Good Morning! This is the email that you have all been waiting for. Please read it carefully because it will tell you everything you need to know about our upcoming General meeting.
I want to thank all of you who have responded to say that you will be attending and eating at the meeting. If I received your RSVP, I put you on the dinner list and replied to you with a "thumbs up" emoji. If you did not receive that emoji, I did not receive your RSVP! I will need to go to Yorktown Grill by Thursday to pay and give them a final count. If you do not RSVP by then, you will not be able to eat during the meeting. You are certainly encouraged to come to the meeting without RSVPing; however, there will just be no meal for you. If you have not already RSVP'd and wish to eat, please RSVP to me at my personal email, wadler21@gmail.com before Thursday. Do NOT respond to this Newsletter.
When you arrive at the meeting in the Delaware Room on November 12 at around 4:30, you will check in at the tables. You will first sign in. As this is a voting meeting, a record of attendance is required. If you will be eating, your name will then be checked off that separate list. Please save your "Thumbs Up" emoji just in case there is an error on the list. That is your confirmation in case I messed up! You will then receive a meal ticket. Please hold onto that. Your next stop will be the DUES table. Please take this opportunity to pay your 2025 dues. $10 gets you a whole year of fun! Please have cash or check ready. Marc will have a stamp so you do not have to fill in the "pay to..." line. You also need to complete a new Membership Application. Dues will not be accepted without that form. It would be most helpful if you complete the form at home and just hand it in that evening. The form can be found at pac.scaclub.org. Go to "club info." Drop down to "join PAC today." There is a link to download the form so you can print it out.
You will then be ready to join the evening's festivities! "The Last Ride Band" will be playing for your entertainment when you arrive. Dinner will be served at 5:00. The Meeting will commence at around 5:45. Subsequent to the Meeting, "Lipstick" will be performing some of your favorite songs.
