Performing Arts Club Newsletter - October 7, 2024

Good morning everyone! Here is the third in a series of important (even more important than usual) newsletters. PLEASE, PLEASE READ TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS NEWSLETTER!

Our next General Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, November 12 in the Delaware Room in Anthem Center. This is the annual election meeting where the Club will elect the Officers and Leadership Team for 2025. This notice begins our approximately 60-day election process. As candidates have until two weeks prior to the meeting to express interest in a position, the official slate will not be announced until October 29.  At that time you will receive that information in a Newsletter, as well as an Agenda and Minutes from our June 3 General meeting for you to review. Prior to that, please contact our Election Committee Chair, Bunnie Domnitz at howsbunnie@msn.com to express interest in running for a position. 

We will be having a three-course dinner catered by the Yorktown Grill. I am requesting that EVERYONE who would like a dinner RSVP at wadler21@gmail.com (PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND ON THE WEBSITE) by November 1 to ensure that we order enough food. This is our end-of-year celebration. Dinner is free for all 2024 PAC members in good standing. Do not assume that I will just know that you are participating, you MUST respond to me!

The doors will open at 4:30 to give you a chance to enjoy The Last Ride band. Dinner will be served at approximately 5:00. The meeting will begin at approximately 5:45. After the meeting, we will have an extra treat with a performance by Lipstick.
