I have exactly TWO issues to announce.
The first is to remind everyone that we have a PAC General Meeting coming up on Monday, June 3 in the Morris/ Nelson Room in the Independence Center. This will be our last General Meeting until the Election Meeting in November and there is important information to share! Come to socialize with friends and have some food. As always, Richard will have a nice spread for us to enjoy. PLEASE NOTE: He is requesting some help from about three PAC members for set-up. If you can come a little early, please contact Richard at r_guaraldi@yahoo.com. He will be happy to give you the details. He cannot do this alone! Food will be served at 5:00, with the meeting commencing around 5:40. The Agenda and Minutes of the previous General Meeting will be forwarded to you separately prior to June 3.
If any SIG would like to provide some entertainment during dinner, please let me know!
The second item concerns the upcoming Sun City Anthem Board Meeting on May 23 at 1:30 in Freedom Hall. Some Spotlight and PAC members are hoping to have a chance to share with new and returning Board members the need for access to Freedom Hall for rehearsals, as well as the need for Tech Training. Those speaking would appreciate fellow PAC members who are available to attend to show their support.
